ASG works with clients on individual, systemic, and structural levels to explore and pave paths forward, lay the groundwork to support short-term or eventual transition, and manage the process of leadership change. 

ASG coaches also work with managers and directors at any career point to identify and build on their strengths, opportunities, and aspirations, working toward a clear set of desired results. Coaching of this kind involves a minimum of three sessions, and takes places over the course of weeks, months, or years.
